Arbor Parent App

Every parent/carer needs to sign up to the Arbor app.  This will provide you with important information about your child such as positives, negatives and attendance.  The app is also used to top up dinner money and pay for items such as stationery and trips.


We also use the app to send 'push notifications' which are like a text message.  These will inform you if your child is absent, as well as important school information such as upcoming events and reminders. 


Please ensure 'push notifications' are enabled in your phone settings for the Arbor app.  Please contact the school office if you have any issues signing up to the app.


How to sign up and download the app

Please follow the instructions below when logging in for the first time.


1. Go to https://login.arbor.sc/


· Click Forgot your password.


· Type in the email address you have received this email to as this is the one we have on record for you. A confirmation email will be sent to you.


2. Once you have completed step one (above), download the Arbor app from the Google Play Store or IOS store.


· Log in to the app using your email and password you set in step one.


How to pay for school meals

Once you have signed up and downloaded the app, you will be able to pay for school meals.



2. Click Payments.


3. Select School Meals.


4. Click the green Top up and follow the instructions to add money.
